Our ERGs all provide a safe space for their communities, act as a critical friend to the business and champion and advocate for their members. They are strategically aligned to help build an equitable, inclusive, and sustainable global business. In addition to our global ERGs, we have local DEI Committees in Chicago, CapeTown, Dubai, India, London, Santiago.

We create a safe space for all by increasing awareness, celebrating differences, supporting wellbeing, and delivering on pay gap actions.
As we shift from a multigenerational to an intergenerational workplace, we focus on health, supporting through life transitions and managing multigenerational teams.
We support working families and caregivers to be more present at work, home and life by reviewing our policies and practices to ensure that they are inclusive for all.
We ensure we continue to be an open and attractive environment that represents and supports employees of all social backgrounds.
We create initiatives to support all employees who have a disability and are neurodivergent by cultivating a workplace where they can bring their fullselves to work.
We believe that data is key to holding us accountable and measuring our progress. We track our ethnicity and gender pay gap globally and share our findings with our staff internally. In the UK, our gender pay gap report is publicly accessible.
