It is expected that inbound trips will recover more strongly in 2024 and 2025, which will be supported by the ongoing efforts of the Polska Organizacja Turystyczna (The Polish Tourism Organisation), the government, and other tourism players and bodies. This intensification of activities, throughout both B2B and B2C channels, is expected to contribute to recovery seen in larger tourist groups, which is still a more sluggish area when compared to individual incoming tourists.
Despite the best efforts seen from the government and tourism bodies in Poland, the ongoing war in Ukraine is likely to contribute to a slower recovery of incoming tourism to the country, due to foreign tourists' concerns about safety. This is likely to be seen more so in city-based tourism.
